RACE-SUIT,
a helmet, leather boots and leather gloves.
Participants to the BIKERS’ SCHOOL are considered
as duly entered as soon as the entry form has been filled
in, signed and dated, sent back and provided payment
has been received by the organizer. They will also have
to fill in an indemnity form on place.
Entries are strictly personal and individual : one
entry = one
person = one
bike.
Every entrant will receive a letter about the colour
and the timetable of the group he is going to join.
The timing is available on the website.
All participants will have to join the Welcome Centre:
SCHOOL TRUCK in the paddock (follow arrows from
freeway exit). With their valid confirmation or
entry they will get the access documents to the event.
All participants have to be present in the closed
park (in front of the F1 pits) at least 15 minutes before
the start of their « RUN ». Safety technical check-ins
will be carried out in the closed park on all the machines.
Removing
mirrors is COMPULSORY; the lights have to be blinded
with tape.
A
bike that is declared as not complying with the technical
regulations won’t be allowed access to the track as
long as the problem as not been solved.
An
OBLIGATORY
briefing will take place in the closed park 15’ before
each RUN.

Track access : via the pit above the technical scrutineering
area ( F1 pits).
Riders
will start in “waves”, following the instructions
given by the pit marshals.
At the end of every « RUN » or in case of emergency,
red lights will be switched on all along the circuit.
Each rider then has to slow down and immediately
get back to the paddock at reduced speed via the F1
pit lane.
The organiser is entitled, in emergency case, to decide
to « neutralise » a « RUN » by sending two « pace-cars
» onto the track. It is strictly forbidden to
overtake a pace-car under penalty of exclusion.
It is strictly forbidden to stop along the track - except
for the F1 pit lane - during the « RUN ». Any bike that
wants to leave the pit lane area has to obey pit marshals’
orders at the bottom of the pit lane.
In case of a breakdown along the track, a participant
has to keep waiting until one of the organiser’s vehicle
takes him back to the paddock. It is strictly
forbidden to ride anti-clockwise on the track under
penalty of immediate exclusion.
Maximum speed in the F1 pit lane is 60 km/h.
Maximum speed in the paddock is 30 km/h.
Radar controls will be carried out in various
places. A penalty of 25 €will be inflicted for
speeding for the first time and exclusion for the second
time.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant
from the BIKERS’ SCHOOL for dangerous riding
or due to the dangerous condition of his bike without
any right for compensation.
In case of an incident, a vehicle with flashing blue
lights with a doctor on board may come to the scene
of the accident if necessary : the doctor is the only
entitled person to take any decision about the safety
of the participants. He may have to call for the
ambulances (equipped with blue flashing lights) ready
to interfere.
All participants have to obey instructions from organisers,
pit and track marshals given with flags and/or lights.
